The League of Women Voters of Ames & Story County is hosting a public

forum for the candidates competing to represent Iowa House District 51.

All candidates have been invited:

• Brett Barker incumbent, Republican

• Teresa Perin, Democrat

The public is invited to ask questions of the candidates and express their views.

Iowa House District 51 includes Cambridge, Collins, Colo, Gilbert, Huxley, Kelley, Maxwell, McCallsburg, Nevada, Zearing; and Collins, Franklin, Indian Creek, Lincoln, Milford, Nevada, New Albany, Palestine, Richland, Sherman, Union, and Warren Townships.
