Odd Year Caucus and Biennial Organizing Meeting

At the Odd Year Caucus we will be electing members to fill vacancies on our Central Committee. Each Precinct is entitled to 2 Precinct Chairs and 2 Precinct Alternates.

Immediately following the Odd Year Caucus, the Biennial Organizing Meeting will be held. The Central Committee will hold elections for Officers and Standing Committee Chairs.

The County Chair calls the meeting to order.

Elected officials are allowed a brief time to address the group.

County Chair  opens the floor for nominations for any of the open precinct committee spots.

Biennial Organizing Meeting Agenda

The County Chair calls the meeting to order.

The County Chair passes the meeting off to the Vice Chair to run the elections.

Signups for committee members take place.

District Central Committee Members elections take place. (Story gets 6 members. The Chair, VC, & SCC members are automatic members and don’t count towards the total.)

The newly elected chair runs the next steps of the business meeting.

The group as a whole goes over the planning document that discusses organizing and elections.

The remainder of the meeting is open for questions, discussions, etc.

The meeting is adjourned.
